Mr. Aufseeser joined Purcell Mulcahy in 2009, and practices in the firm’s Estate & Trust department. His areas of focus include estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, small business formation, and tax planning. Mr. Aufseeser holds his LL.M in Taxation from New York Law School. He earned his B.A. degree in Political Science from Rutgers University in 2003, and he earned his J.D. from Syracuse University in 2007. Mr. Aufseeser is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey and New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York bar associations.
